Creative Uses for Protective Mesh Sleeves

Protective mesh sleeves are made up of fabric and designed in a net style. They are used for various purposes like protecting glass bottles, hold cylinders, act as storage and more. You can easily find these protective mesh sleeves when you go for shopping at your local grocery store or at the farmer’s market as they are used to carry and hold produce and edible items. After that they though, they aren’t that useful. No more tangles! Another creative way to use then is to make them into shower loofahs. You can also sew them into the shape of a stocking, complete with binding fabric, and load with pet treats. Another creative way to utilize is to fold them down the middle, sew an X through them, and utilize them as dish wiping clothes. You can also stitch with them! Make knit table pieces and doilies from the work. 

They can also be used as a paint brush for splatter painting. Dip the bundled up mesh into your paint, then fling it at your canvas for a splattered look!

You can also use them as a free latch-hook canvas with all old yarn scraps. They are wonderful for mats in the doorway, bathroom, mudroom, or wherever else a mat maybe needed.

You can also hang a bar of soap in one near the outdoor faucet to wash away garden and lawn dirt. No need to take it out of the bag to use, just scrub with the bag and all.
